Clennette Reid (3rd Grade)

Clennette A. Reid was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Georgia certified teacher with experience in upper elementary grades.

Ms. Reid earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Public Policy from Georgia State University. Upon graduating, Ms. Reid began her teaching career through the Teach for America program in Baltimore, Maryland. This is where her passion for working with children began.

Ms. Reid has a passion for mentoring and cultivating the minds of every student she meets. She believes in setting high standards for all students, regardless of their backgrounds, and motivating them to meet these expectations.

Ms. Reid is currently a candidate for her Master of Science in School Counseling with a specialization in Crisis and Trauma. She is also working on her own non-profit organization for mentoring middle and high school girls in her community.

Outside of the classroom, Ms. Reid enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
