Ms. Foster joins AOS from Birmingham, Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University. She is studying to attain a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education. Foster’s physical and cognitive learning hand is rooted in Christian faith. She believes that embracing healthy practices mentally and physically proves beneficial lifelong. Ms. Foster enjoys weight training, traveling, sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.
