
Mr. Isea is originally from Zulia, Venezuela. He earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree
and a master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Mr. Isea has over 20 years of
teaching experience. He taught as a professor at the university level and for the last three years
has been teaching Spanish at the elementary level.
Mr. Isea believes in challenging each unique learner. His teaching philosophy is to revolve
instruction around activities that address the whole child with a variety of learning styles. Mr.
Isea is inspired by the child’s curiosity and desire to learn. Every activity involves the four basic
elements of communication: writing, speaking, listening, and reading. He is committed and
dedicated to teaching the love of his first language, Spanish, and is excited to be a part of The
Academy of Scholars team!
