Mrs. Margie Cooper is an evangelist, mother of four wonderful adults, grandmother of seven beautiful children, and wife of an amazing minister. She was born and raised in Rome, Georgia, and attended Shorter University. Upon graduating with both an associate’s and bachelor’s degree, she worked for several years in various teaching capacities.
Mrs. Cooper is a certified and highly qualified elementary educator. She has taught scholars of all ages and grade levels. She loves and honors the profession to which God has called her. She believes that ALL children can learn and should be provided the best educational opportunities possible. She desires to see all children grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
In her spare time, Mrs. Cooper likes to spend quality time with her husband and family. She enjoys participating in ministry, family celebrations, playing with her grandchildren, writing poetry, and reading books. Her most important rule that she strives to live by comes from Mark 12:31 – “Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than this.” Her motto is: “Nothing beats a failure, but a try.”
