Important Notice: Re-Enrollment
REMINDER: The Enrollment Agreement that you signed provides for automatic renewal. This allows you to conveniently forego the re-enrollment process and automatically re-enroll year to year through the highest grade level available. If you want your child to continue attending AOS, no action is required and we look forward to seeing you next year!

If you do not wish to re-enroll your child at AOS for the 2020-2021 school year, you must let us know by February 1, 2020. If you do not provide the school with written notice of non-renewal by that date, then the agreement will renew automatically and on February 2, 2020, you will become legally responsible for your entire portion of the 2020-2021 tuition whether your child attends AOS or not. Please make note of the deadline. We rely on re-enrollment numbers when we set class size, sign teacher contracts, and make other spending decisions for the upcoming school year.

If you opt out and then decide to seek re-enrollment — if there is space available and the school grants your request — a $1,000 re-enrollment fee will be charged.

Per the agreement, there are only two ways to notify the school that your child will not be returning next year:
If mailed, the notice must be sent by certified mail return-receipt requested and be postmarked by February 1, 2020.
If hand delivered, the notice must be delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Chief Learning Officer by February 1, 2020.

Under no circumstance is email notification acceptable.
