Heavenly Father, creator of all. Thank you for your love, protection, and providence during the course of the 2020 – 2021 school year. Even in the midst of a pandemic, you gave us victory and we thank you. Now Lord, as our scholars depart for the summer, we ask that you be with each and every scholar, teacher and their families. Be with them placing a hedge of protection around them. We ask that you keep them safe in your care and that with each passing day this summer, everyone will feel recharged, refreshed, and renewed in their mind, body, and soul. Be with our sixth grade scholars as they move on to middle school. Bless the works of their hands, making them excellent in all that they do, helping them fulfill the greatness you preordained for their lives even before they were born. Be with every family that is not returning to AOS. We pray for your covering for their families and ask that you be with them in all that they do. Finally, Lord, we ask that you to continue to be with The Academy of Scholars as we strive to meet your commandment of training children in the way they should go so that in their old age, they will not depart from it. Bring us back again Lord, at the next appointed time full of joy, peace, and victory, in Jesus’ holy name we pray, Amen.
