Boyd joins AOS from Louisville, Georgia and holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended the university receiving a full athletic scholarship for track and field. Boyd maintains that allowing scholars to inquire and explore, motivates their pursuit for knowledge. Boyd enjoys exercise, fitness and organizing charitable events with her sorority.
