Dearest AOS Parents,
The Academy of Scholars is scheduled to resume in-person instruction tomorrow January 4, 2022. If your child is exhibiting any symptoms of illness (fever, cough, runny nose, chills, etc.), please keep him/her at home and have them tested for Covid-19. They may return to school after receiving a negative Covid-19 test result or having been quarantined for 7 days.
If you would like to keep your scholar at home as an added precaution, there will be no penalty. Scholars may access their class and homework assignments in Canvas. Your child’s teacher can assist with any questions you have about assignments in Canvas. As a matter of safety for the school community, parents will be required to pick their child up from school immediately if they exhibit any symptoms of illness.
